Introduction

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms,
including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, all of which
deprive individuals of their liberty for personal or commercial gain.

This statement constitutes our human trafficking and modern slavery transparency statement
pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ending 30
June 2026 and reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

Individuals who raise genuine concerns in good faith will not suffer any detrimental treatment
as a result of reporting their suspicions, even if they are later found to be mistaken.
